Basic
- Support requests lasting up to 30 minutes are included
- SLA with 6 hours response time
- 2 Accounts in the service desk included
- Optional: Data Center: 2 Health checks per year
- Optional: Data Center: annual updates to current LTS releases, including crit. security updates
- Optional: hands-on support, annual prepaid credit
Standard
- Support requests lasting up to 30 minutes are included
- SLA with 4 hours response time
- 3 Accounts in the service desk included
- Optional: Data Center: 4 Health checks per year
- Optional: Data Center: annual updates to current LTS releases, including crit. security updates
- Optional: hands-on support, annual prepaid credit
Advanced
- Support requests lasting up to 30 minutes are included
- SLA with 2 hours response time
- 4 Accounts in the service desk included
- Optional: Data Center: 12 Health checks per year (monthly)
- Optional: Data Center: annual updates to current LTS releases, including crit. security updates
- Optional: hands-on support, annual prepaid credit

No problem, our service contract is modular and is tailored to your needs. You can individually compile the listed services within the selected service contract.
