We offer a customized hosting package for Atlassian's Data Center products - for small, medium and large companies, whether for Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket or Bamboo. Our managed servers are solely located in Switzerland.

- Unlimited traffic
- 24/7 monitoring of the server systems for early problem detection and elimination, and to avoid system interruptions, incl. implementation of current updates and patches
- Full server management (Managed Virtual Server)
- Analysis of log files for rapid detection of irregularities
- Daily backup of all data incl. secure and uncomplicated restoration in case of emergency
- Average availability > 99% (no availability guarantee)
- Additional SLA offers for an availability guarantee
- Data Center location: Zurich, Switzerland
Term and notice periods:
- Minimum term of 12 months, payable annually in advance
- Notice period of 3 months
